Take a look at this extended clip from K-os’ “Man I Used To Be” music video. I’ve always liked the scene, but never really looked deeper into it until I accidentally stumbled the extended dance sequence. I was even more impressed watching it again, especially with the different angles and the short commentary from K-os at the end. I checked out the rest of the dance company’s vids and was even more impressed. check out some of the performances from this group

A new workout for TvB! Without going into too much detail, its based on the concept of changing the angles of a specific motion in order to focus on certain muscles. Today’s workout is not as ideal as I wanted it to be, because I am also doing some conditioning for knee rehab. This automatically takes away from the lower body, where my last few workouts were much more of a full body routine.

If you try it out, let me know how it goes:

30 handstand push ups

30 incline (feet elevated) push ups

30 flat/normal push ups

20 pull ups

20 inverted rows

This is only the template. I missed 2 handstand push ups and 3 incline push ups, which I’ll credit to having not eaten breakfast/having some sort of carb intake prior to exercising (this is something I highly recommend NOT doing). This is purely an upper body routine, so don’t be afraid to throw in some leg/abdominal/back work as well.

And with that, a new video from K-os

PEACE

MF!
